THE POSITIONS
Marketing AssistantThis role is usually the responsibility of one or two members within Marketing. The Marketing Assistant will keep track of due dates, help manage the calendar of events, take notes during meetings, or step in to fulfill the duties of the Marketing Executive if necessary. The jobs within this role can be tailored to the need of each team.

Graphic DesignerThis role is responsible for all the visuals used by Marketing Team and within UMTG. This includes: show posters, show chops, t-shirts, show programs, SnapChat geofilters, and any other promotional materials. Familiarity with the Adobe Suite and strong artistic skills are recommended.

CinematographerThis role is responsible for the recording and editing of the bootleg for each show as well as recording additional promotional videos. Familiarity with video editing software and video cameras is recommended.

Social Media CoordinatorThis role is comprised of several team members. Each team is responsible for regular posts across our social media accounts. This includes one Facebook Coordinator, one or two Instagram Coordinators, and two Twitter Coordinators.

Spotlight Coordinator**DESCRIPTION FORTHCOMING**

Community Outreach Photog.This role is comprised of two or more team members. This role is ideal to those who are new to Guild/Marketing, or have less of a free schedule. This role is responsible for attending one to two rehearsals a week and taking consistent photos and videos for Marketing purposes. Willingness to meet new people, act as an informant, and have a good attitude are a plus.
